About The Outpost Grill
Located at 6049 E 7th St, Long Beach, CA 90840, The Outpost Grill operates as a restaurant serving Long Beach in California. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it. Besides its main category, the business also describes itself as bar & grill, so it may cover more than the name suggests.
This group covers the non-Asian restaurants, cafes, bars and food businesses that also appear in a mixed-cuisine food scene, including American diners, pizza, Mexican food, burgers, steakhouses and bakeries. Standard US restaurant norms apply: lunch and dinner service with a quieter stretch between, cards and tap-to-pay accepted almost everywhere, and a tip of 15-20% customary for table service. Fast food and quick-service counters expect payment up front and tipping is optional. Bars check ID for anyone who looks under 30, and the drinking age is 21 nationwide. Many restaurants in this group take reservations online through third-party platforms, while casual and fast-food spots are walk-in only. Sales tax is added at the register on top of the menu price and varies by city and state, so the final total is usually a few percent higher than the posted prices suggest.
The business lists hours on 5 days of the week. Typical hours are 7:30 amβ7 pm. It is closed on Saturday, Sunday. Food is from the worst quality possible, overpriced and very deceiving descriptions. Got a steak and eggs burrito for $13 that had two tiny pieces of meet and 90% of the burrito was packed with french fries.

On campus spot, good basic breakfast burrito with a really nice flavorful salsa. Great value for what you get.

A college campus grill is typically for students and faculty--this one can be enjoyable to anyone as the mix of customers is a rare sight and can lead to dynamic conversations. The food is good with a solid selection. The seating inside is cafeteria style. Order at counter and pickup when your buzzer goes off.

Nice, clean and spacious! It has a different feel from the rest of the campus. The staff was very nice. The fries are some of the best I've tasted. I hope they will offer chili cheese fries in the future!

I just want to point out that the food I received was good! I order a tuna melt and sweet potato fries. Yum! However, my boyfriend's order was completely butchered :c we ordered to-go because of class. He ordered specifics for his order and none of them were honored or modified when we received our food. We still plan on coming back to enjoy some good food! Here's to hoping our next experience goes well π€π»
